Our goal is to make this process as easy as possible for you.

  • If you click here, you can send information so that we can review your current resume, either for a basic edit or a customized quote to craft a new resume.
  • If we agree to proceed on a new resume, your next step is to complete a brief questionnaire via email and/or schedule your in-depth phone consultation.
  • Phone consultations are normally 45 minutes in length and will include a discussion on your career goals, employment history, strengths, accomplishments, community service and how to package them to best sell yourself for new job opportunities.
  • A proof of your new resume will be sent via email. This is generally delivered as a Word file within 5 to 10 business days of our consultation. *
  • Review your document and send any questions or requested revisions. Your fee will allow for one revision. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate.
  • Receive your finalized document which will include Word and PDF versions of your resume.

What are your refund policies?

Fees are paid in advance and are not refundable once the creative work of crafting your new resume has begun. Creative work begins as soon as the phone interview or the questionnaire has been completed. Your resume request may be canceled up to the point when creative work begins; however, cancellations are subject to a $50 service fee.
